RETURN POLICY

Sabia has a no-refund policy and will only exchange if the product is flawed. Photos of faulty items will be required and we will then inspect and decide whether to refund. You may exchange for any product on the website which has the same value or less. If the value is more than the original purchase, additional fees will be charged. If you wish to make an exchange please email us to view our Return Form for more detailed instructions.

To make sure the clothing you have chosen fits correctly, please, follow our size chart or contact us at sabiadesignsinfo@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding sizing.

HOW DO I SHOP AT SABIA DESIGNS

Browse through our online shop categories for an item you like.

If you wish to purchase an item click 'Add To Cart' where you can then choose to Checkout or continue shopping. Before you decide to Checkout, review your order summary and total then continue to Checkout with payment option via credit/debit card.

Once payment has been completed, you will receive a notification email through the email you registered from us as a form of receipt and your order will be processed.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Once you have completed your order and payment, your Credit/Debit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors or taxations that may be incurred at your local customs.

CAN I CANCEL ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

Once you have submitted your order, you may not cancel the order.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

When your order has been sent you will receive a notification email from DHL to keep you up to date with your package, including a tracking code. This is why we require a functioning phone number to be given at checkout as DHL will be able to contact you. You can also email us for more information.

HOW CAN I KNOW HOW MUCH AN ITEM IS IN MY CURRENCY?

We currently have US Dollars ($) on default. If your currency is not listed on our website, kindly use www.xe.com to make a conversion of product pricing.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Sabia Designs accepts payment via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal.

SHIPPING

 

we ship worldwide with a ever changing courrier, so we don't have fixed prices. In this complicating time, the prices for our shipment are always changing due to the courier. 

 

Please provide a VALID phone number when placing your order.

We ask customers to please provide this information during checkout as it will prevent the package from getting lost.

TAX

Sabia Designs is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please be advised on your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

We do NOT ship to PO BOXES. Please provide your full address and phone number.

REMOTE AREA

If your address is considered "remote" by our courrier meaning the location is out of their offices and will require extra delivery fees you will be emailed and invoiced the additional costs. We usually create a flat rate for you and cover a percentage of it. You will be notified by email with proof of the costs, if you do not wish to cover the remote area costs you will be refunded for the entire order.

 

 

WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped Wednesdays - Saturdays. If an order is placed after a certain time it will only be shipped the following day. Shipments do not operate over weekends & public holidays. If you placed an order on a Friday after a certain time it will only be shipped the following Monday. We can't define how long it will arrive because of the current time we're in and the funny schedules everyone is on. We are a small business, prioritizing a practical pace for our co-workers. 5- 7 days are the estimate.

Depending on your destination, there may be added tax charged by the custom's department of your country. We are not responsible for these types of fees nor can we inform you what these exact fees would be.
